Sapiens.BI PRO - Analytic Reporting

Hello,

We are testing/installing Sapiens.BI PRO - Analytic Reporting on our SuiteCRM 7 system.

We activated a 1-user license because we need to use the module only with one selected admin user.

However, during license validation, the module shows the following error:

“AnalyticReporting is inactive” “Insufficient number of user licenses. Please add additional user licenses and try again.”

The system shows:

Current User Count: 66

We tried the following test:

1. We temporarily deactivated all SuiteCRM users except one admin user.
2. The license was validated successfully.
3. We opened the Sapiens.BI settings.
4. In the Permissions section, we assigned the permissions only to that selected admin user.
5. Then we reactivated the other SuiteCRM users.

After reactivating the users, the module became inactive again and showed the same license error.

So it seems that the license validation counts all active SuiteCRM users, not only the user who has permission to use Sapiens.BI.

Could you please confirm if it is possible to use a 1-user license for only one selected SuiteCRM user while keeping the other CRM users active?

If yes, please explain the correct configuration.

If not, please confirm whether the license must cover all active SuiteCRM users.
