#4011 - Not able to validate the License

Hello,

I have purchased the plugin for testing. But License is not validating.

      Hello,

      We have looked at the license validation log info. It tells us that you have applied for 1 SuiteCRM user, while your SuiteCRM store has 2 active users. This is why the key doesn't work.

      You need to increase user count to 2 and you should be able to validate then.

      Hello Rick,

      Sorry for the late response and thank you for the screenshots. The error sometimes occurs with connectivity problems (firewall or bad connection, size limits etc) or some filesystem permissions - might be the webclient has insufficient permissions to write the files in the necessary folder.

      In order to solve this, you can upload fonts to your system manually. We have just sent an e-mail with Instruction (please check from eva.narunovska@itsapiens.eu)

      This should also solve the issues with scheduled e-mail attachments. But in case of any issues pending please let us know.
