Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to know what is the difference between the Basic and Pro Version? And in the pricing model of the Pro version have all User and All Reporting User. May I know what is the "All Reporing User" mean and "All User" mean?

I can say that PRO version is much more powerful and rich with features. If you'd like, we can organise a live meeting and I can demonstrate you the differences.
"ALL Users" mean that all your SuiteCRM users should be counted for the license. "JUST REPORT USERS" - in case you want to purchase license for fewer users than total number of Active SuiteCRM users. Users without a license will not see reports or Charts, they can only receive scheduled e-mail with Excel/PDF attachment.
