Hello, Can install the module, but the 30 day trial key is not validating.

    Hello David,

    Thank you for contacting us! We can see that you have selected only 1 user for the license, while your system has 10 Users, which is more than licensed, that is why the license wouldn't work.

    In order to get it working, you can either make 9 of 10 users inactive (change their status), or increase the licensed user count to 10.

      I spotted this and increased to 10. I believe my customer won't require all 10 users to access reporting. Can you explain what impact changing status to inactive will have or does the licence count have to be the same as number of accounts currently live in the CRM. I mean, as an example, only 5 users ant to use analytical reporting but 10 users require CRM access. is this scenario possible? Can I omit certain accounts from accessing analytical reporting?

      Hello David,

      The license of the pricing plan that you are currently using, is counting all SuiteCRM users with their status set to active, even if not everyone has access to the Module;

      We do have alternative pricing plan which counts module users only, but it is more expensive, it would be USD 140 monthly per Module User or USD 1200 annually per module user/ (it is not yet published, but available upon request, we can send you the link, if interested, let us know).

    Hello, I need to cancel this - I tried cancelling last month but you've taken money again. Please can you reimburse todays payment? I also cancelled via paypal but that doesn't seem to have worked.
