#2433 - Schedule Reports are not working (emails)

I've installed the trial versions however, since the first day we could send the report via email, following your forum we create a Scheduler to run every 5 minutes, but nothing, please advise because they already charge to me the cost and I need to ve able to send schedulers reports.
