#2336 - Problem with license activation

I tried to activate the license but I got the error "The user does not have access to this add-on.". I copied the key from the suitecrm store so I don't know the reason of this error I tried several times but I couldn't activate the license.

    Thank you for contacting us! You should configure - which users have the access to theAnalytic Reporting Tool module under SuiteCRM admin panel.
