Good afternoon, I bought a module of analytic eporting tool and when I register the key it leaves the error: key do not exist, the module minutes ago was bought and I do not know what I should do about it, thank you very much and stay tuned

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us! This is confusing error message, has to be fixed, we will contact Outfitters team in regards to help with this. But in general the reason might be that you have more SuiteCRM users, than you have purchased the license for. You have 5 users, but purchase is for only 1, so you should increase the number and then the license should work. License counts all active SuiteCRM users, even if not everyone using the module.

Yes, license counts all SuiteCRM users - it would be 5 in your case.
We do have alternative model for counting module users only, but price is much higher - it would be USD 140 monthly per module User or USD 1200 annually per User.
