Can we do date subtract? for instance, i want to know the date the lead was entered into the system and the date it was worked upon( first Modified)

Hello,
If you have in your system both of those dates (probably Date Created and Date Modified), you can add open Report, and then use tab 'Calculated fields' -> add new Calculation and select 'Subtract dates' - then identify whether this subtraction shall be calculated in hours, days, months, years, etc. Please see below:
If you do not have those dates in your system, you can try to use data from the Change Log / Audit Trial. If you have Audit Trial enabled for for these fields, you can do following: Create new report via 'Report Builder' and mark 'Audit' checkbox, -
Then inside of the Report, - you can select changed dates.
