#2901 - Cannot update Quotas
Hello,
I am having trouble updating quotas. Whenever I try the number immediately resets to zero. Is there something I can do to resolve this?
Thank you for your time

Hi,
Which version did you install? Please make sure you have version 2.5.

I am running 2.3A. The system requirements with version 2.5 don't line up with me. I am running suiteCRM 7.11.13 . Is there away that I can get version 2.3 to work?

Version 2.5 was published to fix this bug with SuiteCRM 7.11. System requirements should be the same. Which problems did you have with that version.

With version 2.5 I lose the text boxes to input quotas completely. The edit quotas page is blank and just shows everyone's names. What do you advise I do next? Nothing with your module appears to be working.

We have never heard of any problems with version 2.5. Can you look at your PHP error log and your SuiteCRM log after you go to that page? Also, would it be possible (under NDA) to access your CRM so that we can reproduce and debug this problem with version 2.5? If that's possible, could you send us temporary credentials to support@quickcrm.fr. Thanks

Hello, After looking at this problem myself, the issue is half solved. The issue was that 2.3 was leaving tables in DB, even after I selected "remove all tables" at uninstall and even after performing a quick repair and rebuild. I went into the database and manually removed all of the left over tables, then installed version 2.5 and now it is working. The only issue I am having now is that there is no text appearing in the sales VS quota dashlet. It is just numbers and the graphs. I can absolutely allow you into the CRM to debug/take a look yourself to clean up the remaining issues. This will have to be later in the day when my users are offline. What exactly would you need access to? Just the CRM via and admin login? Or you would also need access to the DB and file system on the webserver? Thank you for your time

If you have fixed the issue, I won't need access to your CRM.
Yet, ss you have uninstalled and re-installed, I recommend you do also Repair/Repair roles. Regarding texts in the dashlet, we have found that problem recently. We have fixed it in a newer version, but this new version has major changes and improvements, so we are still testing it before publishing. I will let you know when we have published it.
Thanks you for your feedback.
