Can you please share the screenshot or video of the configuration which you have configured for the Birthday Reminder.
Also can you please confirm you have set SuiteCRM Cron on your Server where you hosted SuiteCRM Instance or not.

Hello,
We have checked Video which you have shared.
We found that you didn't add any condition in the Step 2 of the Configuration.
Step 3 of the Configuration trigger only if the condition matched which you mentioned in the Step 2 of the Configuration.
Can you please add the condition for any field of the Module and check notification trigger or not.
