#4292 - Login issues since moving to SSO

Closed General Question created by rickbyers Verified Purchase a year ago

Hi there, since wqe moved to SSO a week ago, our quickcrm users can no longer login to quickcrm on their tablet. I have valideated this myelf, it just returns a 'worng username/password' response, very quickly, everytime. We have reset passwords in SSO, and still the same issue.

    Hi,

Can you run QuickCRM Update from the admin page so that the app knows there is a change in your configuration and should reload it.

That seems to have worked for me, thanks.
