#3277 - conection MOVIL error

i installed the addon with lincese but i cant conect with my instance.

In mobile say check php error but i haven´t any error in error.log of the quickcrm.

If you want i can give you admin access of my suitecrm instance.

    Hi,

    Did you look at the PHP / Apache error log? The SuiteCRM log does not help in that case.

    You have permission errors on your server. The app fails with the request at custom/QuickCRM/rest4_1.php

    Please check ownership and permissions of files in the custom/QuickCRM folder. Our FAQ can give you hints on how to fix that. https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/quickcrm/faq

      Ok, i change all folder to 0775 permissions, and files 0644. in custom/QuickCRM and in modules/QuickCRM But it does not work. And, i don´t know how access apache log in cpanel??

    You still have permission errors. Please also check ownership of these files/folders. You should also make sure that the .htaccess file in your CRM folder does not prevent access.

    Other hints: - Use the first step of SuiteCRM Upgrade Wizard to check all files with wrong permissions within SuiteCRM folder - I can't know where your Apache/PHP error log is but it's often at /var/log/apache2/error.log or /var/log/httpd/error.log

      ok, i will go to revised folders, but, it posible that you access to admin folder in cpanel to revise?
