#2917 - Synchronization problem

good morning the version installed on the company phones (7.1.13) does not synchronize items such as "Meetings". If I sync the app shows me the items it syncs but at the end I have the option to choose "Cancel" or "Offline".

If I put it in Off line, the App works disconnected from the CRM.

This behavior does this to all CRM users and after the last software update. How can I solve it?

    Hi,

    If I understand correctly, it works as expected except for Meetings. Is that it?

    Would you mind writing in English. Nothing is synchronized just for Meetings or for any module?

    Could you please: - Make sure you have latest version of our module (version 6.3.7 is available on your purchases page) - Check your PHP error log and your SuiteCRM log. - If you don't see errors there, try on the app in online mode: Go to the settings page (where you define URL, login and password). Click Advanced, then Clear cache and confirm. - ... and if it still doesn't work, would you agree to let us reproduce the problem? If you agree, could you send temporary credentials to support@quickcrm.

    For your information, we will announce a new version of the app on Wednesday or Thursday where Offline mode will be completely automatic.
