Hello

Is it possible to use some kind of API to load the attachment file ? Is the attachment file stored in the \upload folder ?

    Hi Carlos

    The files are stored in the "UPLOAD" directory where ever it is pointed and configured in the folders. We have a file that is handling the Upload so if you need technical details or you have an inhouse team that understands how to write/use APIs, we can share more details about how to go with this.
