I was looking at this plugin to purchase Can you confirm if I add this field to the Lead module and create a SuiteCRM webform would I be able to take a document upload on the webform and send to SuiteCRM?

This module works within SuiteCRM framework. At the moment it is not available in Web2Lead form to be used outside CRM scope. If you need a custom solution, we can tailor it according to your needs.
