Our customers wish to send documents to their clients in PDF format however they wish to produce the document in an editable format prior to sending. For example, the user currently opens Word, types in the content, saves the doc as a docx AND as a PDF. Then they email the PDF version to the client. They then attach the Docx to the client as an attachment.

I am looking for a way to streamline this process whereby they can create a DOCX from the detailview, edit it in Word and "Save and Send as PDF". This save and send process will

1) attach the DOC to the client record 2) email the PDF and show as a history

Is this possible?
