Have you filled all the configurations in Magento Sync Up Settings page? Have you generated Magento Access token and added it and have you added Bearer in front of the access token
We have mentioned below point in our installation guide.
NOTE: You add the access token as "Bearer token_key". Example "Bearer 7698yhkjvgdfutgdkabvhdgyutr5487" Also, don't add an extra "/" after Magento URL. It should be https://magento_site_url.com
Please check & let me know if you have added all the configuration as mentioned in our installation guide.
