#4176 - Page isn't working error after install

Hi I have installed the internal note plugin and validated it but when I click the new Internal Notes setting option I get the below "This page isn't working error:

    Hello,

    Please give CRM files full(777) permission. Do Quick repair & rebuild and execute all query that come after.

    Hello,

    Please download new package from store. Uninstall and delete current package and install new package in CRM.
