For the same version, we have tested and Addon is working as expected. Can you please ensure your suitecrm directory permissions and ownership. Can you please provide 775 permission to all the files and folder within your directory.

Done and reinstalled. I also looked for the file modules/bv_GoogleAuthenticator/metadata/editviewdefs.php It does not exist. The metadata directory does not exist in the modules/bv_GoogleAuthenticator

That file is not part of our Addon.. There is no metadata directory under bv_GoogleAuthenticator folder. Is the issue still exists? If then can we connect via skype Skype: Santhy Jose_BVI
