    Hi Steve,

    The package was purchased from the SuiteCRM Store. You can stop the renewal by following these steps:

    1: Log in to your SuiteCRM Store account.

    2: Go to My Purchases from the top-right menu.

    3: Locate the plugin/package you want to stop renewing.

    4: Click Manage Subscription or Manage Auto-Renewal.

    5: Toggle Auto Renew: ON to OFF and confirm.
