#1810 - New Install - Error when trying to download pdf from any module

I installed the add-on and performed the configuration. Some of the modules were already listed by default on the right. I clicked save anyway. I created a pdf template for accounts (which I've renamed customer) and when I go to the accounts listview and select customers, click on bulk action and download pdf I get the error : No templates found. Please to to the PDF templates module and create one.

    And all the PDF templates that I had already created in the application are not being picked up by the add-on either. The only way I'm getting those to work is by using the native "Print as PDF" option from the ACTIONS menu of detail view.

    Also, I only installed the pdf template v1.4. Is this correct? And I'm getting an error in my PHP log:

    I checked that directory and there is no tmp file but I have been able to create pdf templates and use them fine up to this point.

      Hi. A timeframe would be much appreciated as I am evaluating this add-on for a client's web app that is time sensitive and need to know if I need to go in another direction. Thank you.

      Hi. I have installed the 1.5v and still get the same error that I do not have any pdf templates created. I have deleted all my pdf templates, run a quick repair and cleared suitecrm cache, recreated a pdf template for the accounts module and still get the error. I tried removing all the options on the right from the Enhanced PDF Template module configuration section but am unable to remove them all from the right side (as shown here: https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/enhanced-pdf-template/admin-guide). I'm not sure what else to do to get this to work and have already lost a week.

      The only error I'm getting in my php log is: PHP Notice: Undefined variable: lang in C:\inetpub\Dev\dev.roofdini.biscayneroofing.com\custom\modules\AOS_PDF_Templates\simbaPdfModule.php on line 82

    On another note, I noticed that when I use the module loader to add your add-on, it does not appear it the top window of installed extensions in the module loader like the other add-ons I have purchased. Perhaps that is an issue too.

    And I can't uninstall your product either (the way you would normally uninstall an add-on.

    Hi,

    Sorry, but we are not able to reproduce the same error on the instance you have mentioned. Is it possible for you to share your suitecrm instance with us? If you have test instance and if possible please share instance URL and credentials through email? So we can access it and check out the issues you have mentioned.
