  You can find the module in Admin section.

  Go to the Admin > Import Dropdown under “Dropdown Importer” section. Have a look at this guide - http://www.simbanic.com/dropdown_importer

  In trial period I think you should not required key. If any other issue please feel free to ask.

  Sorry, but we are not able to reproduce the same error on the instance you have mentioned. Is it possible for you to share your suitecrm instance with us? If you have test instance and if possible please share instance URL and credentials through email? So we can access it and check out the issues you have mentioned.

  Dear Sir,

  Key, Value pair is not as per csv sample template provided by us. Key should be enclosed by the double quote (") and separated by the comma (,) I have corrected key-value list and send you in .csv file at your email address. Please test and let us know if you find any problem.
