I need assistance creating a very specific pdf template. I need to be able to put an image of a current pdf I have behind the text/merge fields, basically using a current pdf as the background and inserting the fields where one would fill in the field on the pdf form. I will attach an image of the form I want to recreate. I also have it as a pdf.
