#3926 - Keep getting Key could not be found locally message on my production machine

I periodically see this message on my production server when I use the Admin panel...VIDynamicPanelsLicenseAddon is no longer active due to the following reason: Key could not be found locally. Please go to the license configuration tool and enter your key. Users will have limited to no access until the issue has been addressed... So I go to the Dynamic Panels setup screen and submit the key again and that gets rid of the message for awhile but it keeps coming back and I don't know when the problem will occur and if it will impact my users. How do I resolve this issue? I am using the plugin and am very happy with it except for this issue. Thanks, Dianna

    Apologies for the problem you're facing.

    This message comes when config table of your SuiteCRM not having the License Key.

    Can you please check config table of your SuiteCRM having the License Key entry or not after entering the License Key.

      In my config table, I see two settings. Is that causing the problem? The one with my valid license key has the name "lic-dynamic-panels" and the other one has the name "dynamic-panels" The second key could have been a trial key, perhaps? Thanks,

      Hello,

      No. It's not an issue. Config table contains the two settings as you mentioned.

      Can you please share the License Key which you're using on "techsupport@varianceinfotech.com".

      Also is it possible for you to share your CRM Credentials and FTP Details where you hosted your CRM?

      If yes then please share on the mentioned email address so we will check it from our end and you will get the quick solution.
