Hi, I use this plugin for wordpress: https://codecanyon.net/item/contact-form-7-suite-crm-integration/20101149 It sends new leads via api...therefore duplicate-detector doesn't recognize or prevents duplicates for saving...please change!

Thank you for using our add-on. Duplicate Detector works on the fly checking for duplicates on crm edit screens, It doesn't work from a third party or API calls. Kindly check the documentation. Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech

For this add-on, it is out of scope. But have you looked at the WebToModule add-on? You will have plenty of settings along with duplicate checking too.

We have solution for search duplicate from the database with option to merge auto and manual. You may go through here Duplicate Cleaner
You can add multiple filter to identify duplicate.
