DocParser creates PDF or MS Word documents based on any record and it's related data. DocParser can be used to merge information from any module into a presentation-quality document and create an MS Word and PDF documents. The parsed document can be downloaded from both the List view and Detail view.
#5588 - Installed on 7.14.4 but pdf docs are now huge and spacing / linefeeds are way off
We have used this for a while on Version 7.11.15 the word part always did this and was unusable, however the PDF worked fine, now after upgrading to 7.14.4 The PDF generation is now just like the word part was, all jumbled, large text from the data placed over the top of the template and huge linefeeds between the fields. Can we get some help on getting this back so that at least the PDF portion works. We were never able to use the word parsing as it did the same thing.

Hello netops,
Thanks for using our add-on. SuiteCRM deprecated the use of mPDF due to licensing concerns and compatibility issues with newer PHP versions. As of SuiteCRM version 7.12, TCPDF is now the default PDF generation engine.
Here are your available options:
(1) Update Your HTML Template - Adjust your HTML templates to ensure compatibility with TCPDF. This will allow seamless integration with the default PDF engine in SuiteCRM.
(2) Continue Using mPDF (Requires Customization) If you prefer to continue using mPDF, customizations will be required. Since the package is not available as an installable version, we will provide you with the modified files, which must be uploaded to specific locations manually. Additionally, note that different versions of mPDF are compatible with specific PHP versions. Please refer to the following link for details on mPDF and PHP version compatibility.
