#4167 - Creating PDF cuts document

Hi,

  1. I am creating a document with more than 15 pages (28 at all). The document is cut after page 14. It seems that there is a limitation of extractable signs / letters / keys. Where can I edit this?

  2. When I create word-documents, the design of the extracted document is completely different to pdf. It is totally crazy. There are some more empty spaces, when there should be only one. And extracting header and fotter is not possible at all. What is the sence of this?

    Thanks for using our add-on. Please find the answers below.

    • We need to see this in action to know what could be the issue, It may be happening because of some characters in content or some other thing that breaks the HTML layout supported by the mPDF library. Please get in touch with us over the details mentioned below.

    • The PDF layout will appear proper, but with a word file, you may see some difference in layout, As the library used for creating a word file, generates the doc as an HTML doc and not a native word doc.

    When can we have a look on it?

    I have bought your addIn to have the possiblity to get word-documents. But they are completely in other format. How to solve this issue???

    Hi Sebastian,

    We can surely connect to see the PDF issue you are facing. For word doc unfortuneatly we will not be able to do have a native word doc, only possibility would be the html word doc.
