    Hello ivansr,

Thanks for using our add-on. DocParser generates PDFs and Documents and uses the PDF Template Manager. The email template is completely different than the PDF Template Manager. As Email template can handle more features, HTML, CSS, etc. Where as generating PDF or Word cannot hold all tags.

Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech.

This has nothing to do with the tags, but the behavior of your editor. Why am I not able to upload an image when I am using DocParser on Suitecrm version 7.11.15? Why am I restricted to insert image url only?

    Hello ivansr,

The problem is not of an editor, but the process behind how the email template allows image upload and why PDF template doesn't. The email template creates notes in the system when you upload. Whereas for DocParse for PDF template it is not possible to do so. You can get this to work by providing an image URL only at the moment. We will see for feasibility in the future versions.

Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech.

I notice that DocParser uses the TinyMCE editor. Is it possible to use the builtin Mozaik editor that also comes with Suitecrm?

    Hello ivansr,

By default SuiteCRM's PDF Templates supports the TinyMCE Editor. So the DocParser uses it and will not support the Mozaik due to the limitations of the parsing.

Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech.
