#2933 - Error in downloading email attachment when Doc Parser is Enabled

Closed Bug? created by ivansr 3 years ago

The following errors occur every time we try to download an email attachment while Doc Parser is enabled in SuiteCRM:

[Thu Jul 09 13:49:44.618897 2020] [php7:warn] [pid 17836:tid 1948] [client ::1:53743] PHP Warning: require_once(customDownload.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\suitecrm-rti\include\MVC\Controller\SugarController.php on line 1020, referer: http://localhost/suitecrm-rti/index.php?action=ajaxui [Thu Jul 09 13:49:44.618897 2020] [php7:error] [pid 17836:tid 1948] [client ::1:53743] PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required 'customDownload.php' (include_path='C:\xampp\htdocs\suitecrm-rti;C:\xampp\htdocs\suitecrm-rti\include/..;C:\xampp\php\PEAR') in C:\xampp\htdocs\suitecrm-rti\include\MVC\Controller\SugarController.php on line 1020, referer: http://localhost/suitecrm-rti/index.php?action=ajaxui

When we disable Doc Parser the download on an email attachment works fine. Please advise on how to fix this?

Thanks

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our add-on. It might be the issue of permission. Can you please verify the permission and ownership of customDownload.php which is existing on the root of your SuiteCRM file structure? Once you have changed it and getting the same issue again then connect with us on Skype. Our Skype id: urdhvatech

    Thanks & Regards, Team Urdhva Tech.

      There isn't a file named customDownload.php on the root of my SuiteCRM. We are using the latest version 7.11.15. Was Doc Parser supposed to install that?
