#5978 - Persistent "error while retrieving records" on Accounts and Contacts
Hi,
The error shows up when accessing any Account and will not load any History or Cases, although in the quick access bar I can see how many rows of History or Cases there are. The exact same issue appears on Contacts. Please see the attached screenshots.
