When we create a record using rest it is not incrementing. Through the normal interface (web) seems to be working fine but when we add a record with rest it is not increasing every time.

Please contact as soon as possible.

We purchased it but it has no license key.

The version is Sequences1_4_1

Our SuiteCRM version is

Version 7.11.13 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344)

    thanks for writing me. The actual e-mail address does work "info@cm-sugar.at". Your request popped up. No clue, why you got a bounce...

    Do you use the Sugar REST endpoint "set_entry"? I need to have a look, if that endpoint uses the actual Sugar routines, or if Suite itself modified the storage and bypasses the Logic Hooks. Would be great, if you can forward me the raw HTTP Request for a deeper look.
