I have tried to uninstall and reinstall and that does not work either

Is it a database error? Do you have file permission issues? Please check the setting and permissions. If it works at test, it should work live as well

Ok, can you go to Admin-Repair-Repair Databases (should be the first link). Check, if there is an output (I would guess so) and execute it. Please copy the output and write me here as a comment. Somehow the module does not trigger ant your live system the install routines by SugarCRM. Guess it has to do with missing permissions. If you still fail, but you get an output at the repair section, then there is an error within your server configuration and writing permissions to your database.

Well you can try this one manually on your local database instance. I guess, the installation routine does not work well for any unknown reason on your live system. Usually the permissions for your web server user does not fulfill the requirements of SugarCRMor database user

still having the same issues how do i tell if there is a permission issue to writing the database

You will have to consider with your administrstor. I cant check permission issue remote. Since it works on your test, it must have to do with the server setup. I am back at office on monday

I am the admin I just got it working but i do have one more issue I but the first sequence number in and it randomly choose its own number is there a way to change that with out removing the sequence and starting from sequences
