#4314 - Configuration for Softphone.pro + CRM Error Fething Meta data if using "pohne call"

hi i'm testing you plugin and bought already the softpohne.pro something is still not right, maybe configured wrong. i'm using Version 8.1.0 if i try to call the form "phone call" i got "Error occurred while fetching metadata". in i find some warning but nothing else. if i use the link in the documentation for then i got a return value in the page e.g. {"result":true,"response":{"phonecallId":"9f80bdb8-8402-01e0-d279-61ff277ed3f4"}} but no suitecrm page where i can add or identify the incomming caller...

i'm happy for any advice thx

    i found some hint in the logs

    here some data from the browser the errors occours if i try to access "phone calls" or "Settings Vedisoft" further some icon is missing in your package thx for the support if you need any further information pls let me know

    Hello, 1) Please try to set https in url - according to screenshot you have ssl on crm host, so if there is no http on crm, then you need set https in softpfone 2) Are you getting an incoming call in softphone.pro? 3) Please make new incoming call and send new logs from softpfone.pro - https://softphone.pro/en/help/how-to-enable-logging
