#2929 - Cannot view zip file and viewing of pdf file is not consistent
I cannot view a zip file uploaded. Double clicking it opens rename. No way to re-download to read. Viewing a pdf is random. Sometimes the viewer works and I can view the file and at other times I cannot view it at all. This is compounded when multiple files are uploaded and you get the "Show All" button. Pressing "Show All" opens a windows which contents is blank and is hard to close.

Thanks for the update. I am now getting erratic behavior on the pdf and I still cannot view the zip file. Some of the pdf files can be viewed and others cannot. When I do a Quick Repair it seems to change which ones are viewable which is what is erratic. I am also getting a license verification error.
