#1004 - Field Not Displaying In Quick Create Form (Subpanels)

Hi there,

I've installed everything successfully, however I cannot see the field when I try to upload the document from any quick create field in the subpanels -- this is something that is vitally needed so any help you can provide would be most welcome.

    We will provide an updated copy of the same the solution will work as seamlessly with Quick Create as well. Let me know if you are planning to go with the one-time solution?
