that's true. As I can see we haven't update our website. Versions for Suite 8.5 / 8.5.1. are ready, but we have to upload them an give them prices on our website. I would ask for a moment of your patience.

There is no available 'Assigned to' field in the mapping. Therefore, alternatively, you can add a second relationship to Users in order to be able to select the field in the mapping. Then, you can determine the record owners in the Mautic system using segments.
There is no such functionality included in the standard version of our plugin. There is no synchronization of users between the CRM and Mautic (because how would Mautic know that user X in the CRM system is user Y in Mautic).
