  Any update on this? FYI... even when you try to sync "separately" it will only sync the original message. You still can't sync the rest of the conversation.

  I had to leave a second review because the support has been so good throughout the entire implementation process. DocuSign itself isn't the easiest system out there to use, but the guys at Urdhva Tech are always here to help you overcome each obstacle. This plugin reduced our contract generation time from 20 min to 20 sec. We now send contracts directly from the Quote Menu in CRM to the contact record assigned. It takes only 3 clicks.   This is BY FAR the best email sync module for SuiteCRM that I have tested. What is so amazing is that it works with many different email providers, not just Gmail. We found, however, that syncing with Gmail is lightning fast... but with other email servers, it may not be so fast. Support was excellent. Plain and simple, the thing works. View Add-on
