#4163 - Email Thread Does Not Sync

When pressing the "Email" button the initial email syncs to CRM just fine. However, none of the subsequent replies are present in that email, or any separate record, in CRM.

    Hello,

    Our Extension support the email sync email wise it means if you want to sync replies of the email thread then you need to sync separately so it'll add in the CRM.

    Any update on this? FYI... even when you try to sync "separately" it will only sync the original message. You still can't sync the rest of the conversation.
