Introduction

Report And Dashboard User’s Guide has been developed to assist management, system admin and users. Report And Dashboard extension allows you to Generate Chart, Detail and 2D widget Report from Configuration Page of Report and Dashboard Module. Also display all types of Report on SuiteCRM Dashboard and Module's sidebar Action.

Features:

• Report And Dashboard allows you to Enable/Disable Report & Dashboard Extension feature from the Configuration Page.
• It allows you to add New/Custom folder and Display records based on folder Selection on the Configuration page of Report And Dashboard.
• Able to Edit & Delete the Custom Folder name from Configuration Page.
• Report And Dashboard allows you to quickly and easily Generate Chart, Detail and 2D Widget Reports from Configuration Page.
• Report And Dashboard allows you to set AND/OR Conditions between Primary and Subpanel Module fields from the Configuration Page.
• Support Multiple Chart types such as Pie, Bar, Line, Stacked Bar, Stacked Column, Funnel, Donut, Pyramid, Column Pyramid, Stacked Column Pyramid, Stacked Bar Pyramid, Cylinder Chart.
• Able to set all Dimensions of chart like Legend Position, Legend Value, Display Label, Display Grid, Format Large Number, Draw Horizontal Line and Sorting field value based on Order.
• Able to share Reports to particular user/Group users from the Configuration Page.
• Able to Create Duplicate records of Report from Detail View of Configuration Page.
• Able to Export Chart Report as a PDF, Detail and 2D widget Report as a PDF, Excel and CSV.
• Reports Display on Sidebar of Module if it’s enabled for a particular module and shared with a particular user from Configuration Page.
• Reports can be displayed on SuiteCRM Dashboard in Default and Custom Tab by pinned to Dashboard in a particular tab from ListView or DetailView of Configuration Page.
• From the Chart Widget on a DetailView of Configuration Page/SuiteCRM Dashboard, If you click on the Slice of chart then it’ll redirect to the particular module’s Listview and display the matched record with condition.
• Able to Edit, Delete, Preview and change header color from all types of Reports(Chart, Detail and 2D widget) widget on a Dashboard.
• Report And Dashboard extension allows you to send Email of all types of Report to users through the Scheduler which you have configured during the Report and Dashboard Configuration.
• Supported all Standard and Custom Modules.
