The History Email Sync add-on allows SuiteCRM users to create and track previous email conversations with customers, plus save time with the ability to easily view emails in the profile subpanel without completely switching over to the email module. Admin users will also have direct access to any user's account and will be able to see their emails from the subpanel without switching views.

1] What is History Email Sync?

As per the default functionality of SuiteCRM/SugarCRM, the user needs to manually switch over to the Email page and needs to check the mails. To do so, our developers came up with the idea of making custom field data that can sync all the emails received by the user into his account. These mails are visible in the “History” subpanel of the Accounts section.

2] What are the features of History Email Sync?

Features : 1)Emails are sync by one click - Emails get sync just by clicking on “import email” on the admin panel, after the installation.

2)No need to switch to email module - The user does not need to go to the email module as the sync emails are shown in the “history” subpanel of the profile.

3)All the emails are sync - All the received emails are sync in the “History” subpanel.

  • It picks up only emails related to SugarCRM Contacts, linking them automatically. Google Mail, Rackspace Email, or your own: it just works.

    Can it synch inbound and outbound emails of users configured email address with contact, account & lead module records?

      I have configured my email id in my profile but it does not relate incoming emails with any of my contact, account or lead. Can your addon do that, can it relate all email with their appropriate record.

      Yes it does.

      Please ensure that Cron is running on your server and on Admin page you click Import Emails to make it happen.
