Brainvire’s Email to Lead extension will enhance your SuiteCRM experience by conveniently creating leads from email and simplifying the process of tracking potential customers. Easy to set up, any email server can be configured in the CRM, then leads will automatically be created with all predefined details directly in SuiteCRM.
Admin Guide
After Installation is done, the Admin user has to configure Email server details in the admin panel of Email to Lead.
Below are the steps to be done by admin:
1. Go to the admin panel and click on "Manage Email Lead
2. Click on Prefer Gmail if you are going to configure Gmail id or else enter all the mail server details.
3. Once setting is done, click on test for checking if the details are correct and the connection is done successfully.
4. Check Scheduler functionality: Verify if the cron job is running successfully.
