Is the add-on free?

Yes. The add-on is free. It uses the Asyntai API, which needs an Asyntai plan of Starter or higher.

Does it work with SuiteCRM 8?

Yes. It is tested on SuiteCRM 8.10 and it runs on SuiteCRM 7.10 and higher. The Leads and the Notes are standard records, so they show in both the SuiteCRM 7 and the SuiteCRM 8 interface.

No chats arrive. What do I check?

1. Press Test connection on the settings page. It tells you when the key is wrong or the plan is too low.
2. Press Sync now. The result line tells you how many chats were read.
3. When Sync now works but nothing arrives on its own, check that cron.php runs on your server and that the job Sync Asyntai chat leads is active in Admin, then Scheduler.

A visitor chatted twice. Do I get two Leads?

No. The second chat is matched by the email address or the phone number and filed on the same record as a second Note.

Can I stop new Leads and keep the chats of people I already have?

Yes. Turn off Create a Lead for a new visitor in the settings.
