Asyntai AI Chatbot

Configuration

Open Admin, then Asyntai AI Chatbot, then Asyntai settings. The page holds these choices:

• Asyntai API key. Copy it from Asyntai, under Settings, then API. Leave the box empty on a later save to keep the key you have.
• Run the sync. Turns the scheduled job on and off without removing the key.
• Create a Lead for a new visitor. When this is off, only chats of people you already have as a Contact or a Lead are filed.
• Assign new records to. The SuiteCRM user who owns the new Leads and Notes.
• Lead source. The value written into the Lead Source field. The default is Web Site.
• Chats to read each run. Between 1 and 100. The default is 50.

The Status block shows the time and the result of the last run.

Buttons

• Save stores the settings.
• Test connection calls Asyntai and shows the account and the plan behind the key.
• Sync now runs one sync at once and shows how many chats were read, how many records were created or matched, and how many conversations were filed.

The scheduler job

The install adds the job Sync Asyntai chat leads with the interval every 15 minutes. Open Admin, then Scheduler, to change the interval or to stop the job. SuiteCRM runs its scheduler from the system cron, so cron.php must run on your server.

Logs

Every run writes one line to suitecrm.log at the info level. A row that could not be filed is written at the error level with the chat session id.
