Asyntai is an AI chat agent for your website. It answers your visitors day and night, in 80 languages, from your own pages, prices and documents.
This add-on brings those conversations into SuiteCRM.
Visitors become Leads
When somebody leaves an email address or a phone number in the chat, the add-on creates a Lead with the name, the address, the phone number, the page they were on and the lead source you choose.
The whole conversation is on the record
Every message of the chat is filed as a Note in the History panel, visitor lines and agent lines together. Your team opens the record and reads what the person already asked, so nobody asks the same question twice.
People you already know stay one record
When the email address or the phone number belongs to a Contact or a Lead that you already have, the chat is filed on that record. A chat that comes back later updates the same Note.
It runs on its own
A scheduler job called "Sync Asyntai chat leads" runs every 15 minutes. You can change the interval, stop it, or press "Sync now" in the admin screen whenever you want.
Setup
- Install the package in Admin, then Module Loader.
- Open Admin, then Asyntai AI Chatbot, then Asyntai settings.
- Paste your Asyntai API key and press Save.
- Press Test connection, then Sync now.
