With the 360 View Tracker add-on, track and understand your team’s day-to-day SuiteCRM activities. From logins/logouts to updates, imports/exports and more, get user details and IP addresses to help review, report and manage your CRM team processes.
User Guide
1. Click on Tracker Activity for viewing any update for the enabled modules.
Trace all the activities related to the enable modules. You can also view activities for login and logout.
You can check the detail for the updated records, With old values and updated values.
2. Track Import- Export.
Select any enabled module, select the date range, click on the check box to find out inactive users data and the report can be saved in csv / excel / pdf mode.
3. Track all active(Logged In) users in CRM with IP address and current status. Also, track the last active time of users in CRM.
4. Schedule Reports for all the tracking activity.
Click on the setting to enable the scheduling of a particular report. Do setting and save.
If users wish to receive email notifications for all tracker activities, they must create and schedule reports. For instance, to track login and logout details, as well as updates, creations, and deletions of records, users can generate and schedule these reports.
