New Feature Update
We are happy to share the newest (and free!) additional features available in the latest version (v.2.1.233+) of the Analytic Reporting Tool PRO for SuiteCRM.
Users can now filter data based on the counted and summary values, which opens a number of new possibilities to improve your sales. Below are a few examples:
- Follow up on customers unattended, such as in the last 90 days
- Follow up on customers who have approached at least twice or more, or have reached a certain amount of purchases
- Add a summary chart to your dashboard that displays unattended, interested and high-volume-buying customers per each sales rep
