Workflow Email action with Dynamic PDF Template Attachment
#2872 - Not working with scheduling workflow
I create a workflow for sending mail after 10 days with a pdf attachment, but not working. In the same condition I tried with simple email it's working fine. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I got below error in suitecrm log "RUN ACTION PDF Template" "Job e62be16d-f7fb-1673-9438-5ee8a57ebfb4 (Process Workflow Tasks) failed in CRON run"

Why you closed this case? I didn't get a solution so I refund it. Please resolve issue.

since you had refunded and no longer an active user, that is why it was closed. If you are an ** active purchaser** we would look into the issue since there might be many reasons as to why the workflow is not running including your server specific issues and in that case, support would need access to your server and crm details which would not be possible without being a Purchaser to be supported.
We had sent you a follow up email on your email address a day before and did not got any response. Please be reminded that Any Use Cases created here need through analysis on Different CRM versions and PHP versions used by customers thus it takes ** 3-4 working days ** to analyse issues reported by users and after that we would come up with any suggestions/updates or fixes if any needed.
