We also noticed that a WooCommerce order status of "Failed" sync to our SuiteCRM as "Pending". how do we modify that?

You can update it from your Woocommerce orders and it will update in CRM.

Hi Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Yes if I change the status on WooCommerce it does sync properly. The problem that I'm having is the following:
Customer attempts to make purchase but the payment fails, WooCommerce sets the status to "failed" but on sync to SuiteCRM the status shows "pending"
