Hello, when I install the app for our CRM. Must then constantly e.g. chrome with Whatsapp remain open ? and have then all employees via the CRM access to the Whatsapp conversations

    When you use waboxapp API that time you have to open the web.whatsapp & chrome extension login in single system only not for all. Yes all the CRM users those who have rights to see the record they can able to see the conversation of the whatsapp.
