#665 - Actions > Duplicate Does Not Create A Duplicate Record
After selecting Actions > Duplicate and a WebtoModule record is saved, a new record is not created but instead the existing record is over written. How can this be fixed so the "Duplicate" function will work properly?

We have uploaded the latest package[V4.2] on store. Please uninstall the previous and install the latest package. While un-installing the previous one do not remove the tables. Attached screenshot for your reference.

Hello,
Thank you for the response. I have followed your instructions exactly. However now the WebtoModule license webpage will not render in the Admin section. It displays "LBL_WebtoModule_Configuration_Title" and "LBL_WebtoModule_License_Title". Also one of my WebtoModule records will not allow me to Edit it as it displays "Loading page, please wait..."

Hello,
Thank you for the quick response. The license webpage appears to be working properly now. However I am still unable to edit one of my WebtoModule records as it displays "Loading page, please wait...". Also, when I select step 2 in my other WebtoModule record then the GUI "locks up" and I am unable to press any buttons.

Sorry for the inconvenience. Can you please make ajax disabled for the WebToModule and check ?
You can make module ajax disabled from : admin >> System Settings >> Configure AJAX User Interface
If you still get the same error then it would be good if you can come on Skype, so we can check it better. Our Skype id is : urdhvatech.

Hello,
For some reason, now when I open any WebtoModule record and go to step 2 (Select module Field(s)) the interface shows "Available fields" as completely empty. Also "Notice: Undefined variable: webformUploadURL in /rokz/www/suitecrm/modules/UT_WebToModule/views/view.setup_wizard.php on line 77" is shown at the top.

Hello Efrounf,
Sorry for the inconvenience. It seems your server is configured to show PHP Warning/Notice messages. Please turn off the display error settings in your PHP. Once you turn off it and still you get error, you can come up on Skype so we can check it better.

It should not happen. It would be good if you can provide us the SuiteCRM access where the issue is generated. I have checked on our instance and it is not generated. Email us your SuiteCRM access[SSH + Credential from which I can logging into CRM] on contact@urdhva-tech.com
